On 29 June, the Poltava community celebrates City Day. As Poltava’s main festival falls on a Monday this year, for the convenience of Poltava’s residents and visitors, the exhibition halls of the municipal museumsPoltava Battlefield State Historical and Cultural Reserve, Art museum (art gallery) named after M. Yaroshenko, Ivan Kotliarevskyi Literary Memorial Museum, Volodymyr Korolenko Literary-memorial museum, Panas Myrnyi Literary Memorial Museum will warmly welcome visitors the day before, on Sunday 28 June.
In keeping with a long-standing tradition, the museums will be holding an ‘Open Day’ on this date: admission to the museums is free for all visitors!
