As part of Cybersecurity Month in Ukraine, employees of the Department of Culture, Youth and Family of the Poltava City Council, as well as employees of municipal museums and cultural institutions of the Poltava city community, took part in a training course entitled "Cybersecurity and cyber hygiene: Protection in the Digital World," conducted by the operative officer of the Cybercrime Prevention Department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Poltava region.
During the training, participants learned about the most common methods used by cybercriminals, received practical advice on protecting personal data and digital devices, improved their digital literacy, and learned to recognise potential threats in the virtual environment.
Such events are of great importance as they contribute to the formation of a culture of safe online behaviour, increase the digital awareness of cultural workers and help to strengthen the information security of the community.
